Chocolate mousse difficulty * #88
Preparing time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 ml double cream
- 50 g sugar
- 100 g black chocolate
- 1 egg, separated
- Cool down double cream
- Cook steamed double cream until you see bubbles
- Add the chocolate and mix until combined
- Put into the fridge for several minutes
- Then mix with mixer on the as fast as mixer can
- Separate the egg
- Put the egg white in the separate bowl end mix well
- Add sugar into the egg white, continue mix
- Add the egg white into chocolate
- Mix with the wooden spoon
- Put in the fridge for several hours
- Put in the glass and enjoy! :-)
