Chocolate bowl difficulty: * #2
Ingredients:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 5 middle-inflated balloons
- Melt the chocolate on the steam
- Let it to cool for 35 minutes
- *BE CAREFUL IF THE CHOCOLATE IS TOO HOT, THE BALLOONS WILL POP
- On the cook-paper make small chocolate circles using the scoop. These chocolate circles will serve you afterwards as the bottom line of your bowl so it won't turn.
- Firstly put the balloons in some plant oil to make a thin layer
- After that, dip balloons in the chocolate and place them on the circles that you have made before
- When you finish, put the chocolate balloons in the fridge for 1 hour and 30 minutes
- After you take the balloons out of the fridge take a sharp object and puncture the balloons
- Enjoy in your dessert :-)
